Newborn Consultation

45-min Consultation:

While formal sleep training is not possible in the newborn stage, it’s never too early to implement a good sleep foundation for your child.
During this 45-min consultation, I will provide information on how to survive and thrive during the fourth trimester.
​
This consultation includes information on appropriate wake windows, bedtime routines, ideal sleep environment, night feedings, naps, product recommendations etc. and comes with a digital newborn guide that will be sent via email.
Infant Sleep Support Package

Comprehensive Sleep Assessment:
This includes an initial questionnaire that will help me get a holistic picture of your child's current sleep habits. The information from this questionnaire will help me tailor a specific plan for you and your family
60-min Consultation:
During this 60-min consultation, we will review your child's custom sleep plan and answer any questions you may have
Personalized Sleep Plan:
A customized sleep plan catered for your child's needs and specific circumstances
Unlimited texts/voice messages throughout your two week package (8am-9pm est)
One 15-min troubleshooting call that can be used anytime during your two week package
One 30-min wrap up success call to celebrate your family’s wins
